Recognising positive contributions and managing poor performance is vital to ensure a productive environment. We have all seen how failing to give sufficient praise or ignoring poor performance de-motivates a team. Often the feeling of resentment grows slowing over time until it becomes engrained and is very difficult to change. We will work with you to prevent it or help you to develop a cultural change to recover from the situation.
